Frequently asked questions

Is it possible to buy our tickets before we come?

Yes, but only for visits to the Galerie des Robinets and certain events (paid or free).
Online ticketing has just been launched.
Find all the information on the ticketing page.

When is the best time of year to visit the park?

The Parc Romantique de la Gerbe can be visited all year round during daylight hours (there are no street lights). Each season brings a new perspective on nature and the park's trees. Some prefer the colors of autumn from September to November. Others prefer the green hues of spring or the cool shade of summer. Be sure to bring appropriate footwear, as some passages become slippery in bad weather!

Do we need to book our visit to the Robinets gallery before coming?

Due to high demand this summer 2021 we strongly advise you to book the Robinets Gallery tour online before coming. Seating is limited to 19 people per session.
Find out more on the ticketing page

Is the Galerie des Robinets accessible to strollers and wheelchairs?

The romantic Parc de la gerbe and the Galerie des Robinets are not accessible to strollers or wheelchairs. We also advise against access in flip-flops and bare feet. Although access is passable, it's no less easy!

How to prepare a group visit or privatize LE RESERVOIR?

Group visits and privatization must be requested from the mediation team, who will work with the organizers to prepare a program for their discovery of the RESERVOIR. The team works with the organizers to set the dates and schedule for the visit. A pre-formulated reservation form is available online here. No booking request will be considered without this document.

Are dogs allowed in the discovery area?

Only guide dogs for disabled visitors are allowed inside the museum.

Is LE RESERVOIR accessible to people with disabilities?

THE RESERVOIR has been adapted for disabled visitors.
Certain areas are accessible to the visually impaired under certain conditions. We strongly advise you to be accompanied by someone who can describe the museography.
We organize adapted tours for groups of visitors with disabilities. For further information, please contact the mediation team.

The park is not wheelchair accessible.
