On two floating barges surrounded by transparent stars, instruments and birds gravitate gently in this ballet on water.
Delphine Coutant creates unusual compositions at the crossroads of popular and learned music. Her creativity is enriched by her experiences, both as a composer and as a salt-marsh worker. From the conservatory to the salt marshes, she accompanies the poetry of nature.
Carried equally by trombonist Jenny Violleau and cellist Daniel Trutet, this singular work, with its Faurean and Baroque accents, astonishes with its chiselled arrangements, perfectly serving its telluric lyrics.
